William Kamm, known as “Little Pebble,” a convicted pedophile and cult leader, has been rearrested for breaching the conditions of his release. Kamm violated an extended supervision order by using private mode on his phone, which is meant to monitor him after serving a jail sentence for assaulting two teenage girls.

Kamm was charged with failing to comply with the order and has pleaded guilty to using incognito mode and altering data on his devices. His sentencing is scheduled for August, with one charge related to the use of WordPress to be considered.
